Sudan President to Visit Darfur again next Tuesday

KHARTOUM - President Omar Al Bashir is due to visit western Darfur state Tuesday next week for the second time after the ICC had issued him with an arrest warrant for alleged war crimes in Darfur.

Western Darfur state deputy government Al Sanosi Bashir said arrangements had already been completed for receiving the president.

Al sanosi speaking to the Sudan media centre explained that citizens of the state from all walks of social categories would gather in huge rally to receive and give allegiance to president against the ICC decision.

The president is expected to inaugurate Zalinga town generating project as well as a number of health and educational service facilities.
